Laughing
October 1st, 2007
It is well known that laughing improves health. Laughing has been shown to helps to protect the heart, increase tolerance of pain and boost the body’s production of infection-fighting antibodies, lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormones, increase muscle power, enhance learning, and boost immunity. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins. With endorphins flowing in our bodies we are simply healthier and happier, and there are no side effects. Laughing every day will improve your health, much like exercising.
More information on laughing and its benefits for our health you can find on Wikipedia. I also find some interesting sites and articles about laughing and health: Laughing out loud to good health, How Laughing is Good For Your Health, Health Really Is a Laughing Matter, Health Benefits and Online Sources, A Laugh a Day to Keep the Doctor Away, Health-Laughing, The Laughing Cure, Laughing Matters. There are more…
So, if you are upset, angry, sad or stressed out, or just for fun, take a look at these videos. It says that laughing is contagious. Let’s see ![]()
(Note: I choose these video clips only for the laughs, not for the story behind them)

less, funny if I’d been able to understand what was being said?),
the python one, and the one with Clinton laughing.
